As a real user of BNI Mobile application, I feel uncomfortable with several things both UI and UX aspects: the use of font size for some texts feels too big, a little confusing transaction process, unnecessary features but listed in the main navigation, a very slow transaction email, and so on. These are the things that made me at least always feel frustrated when transacting on BNI Mobile.
